We are always improving our service, and we know that the best way to do that is to find out what you, our partners, think. Using your feedback, we’re always looking for new ways to improve, and are working hard to keep bringing you a great service that just keeps getting better.
Are you happy? – We asked how satisfied our partners are with our services, and with over 80% satisfied we are now getting to work to make that 99% by 2019.
Do we add quality? – We asked for feedback on the quality of account management and ongoing support, with an 84% satisfaction rating.
Easy to set up? – We asked for a rating of our initial contact and set up process, with a 97% satisfaction rating we aim to continue offering the most streamlined integration for our partners.
Do we add value? – We asked how our partners felt about the value for money that we provide, with an 87% satisfaction rating we are continuing to add growth to our partners’ bottom line month on month.
As well as these results we also asked for any feedback, and we received many positive comments, including the following responses:
