Neil Ainsworth

With over 15 years in digital marketing, my role is always client-focussed, keeping in mind the aims of our partners to support their business today and play a defining role in what the business and product is to help them meet the challenges of tomorrow. I love that I work with great teams of people in house, as well as working for good people like our partners to bring a rewarding service both to businesses and consumers. My experience is far-reaching, having previously worked in a variety of roles, from general management of multi-million-pound budgets to statistical and data analysis, and this wide skill set allows me to help bridge the gap between our partners and the digital world to support all round growth.

Ed Wilkinson

I have 20 years experience in Operations Management including 15 years in Digital Marketing & 5 years in financial services. My core focus at Performance Leads is driving growth for ourselves & our Partners & finding creative solutions to challenges.We have assembled a fantastic group of talented, driven, passionate people who are all striving for excellence. My role includes strategy, financial, and commercial aspects, as well as supporting and driving the team here.

Sam Addy

I have over a decade of experience working in a startup environment, including over 5 years of developing an award winning concept business that has since gone on to be a scalable brand. My past roles have given me immeasurable knowledge in using technology and data to grow businesses, where my love of data is put to good use, learning and applying information to make decisions that enable our clients to grow. I am driven by the ethos we have here at Performance Leads that allows us to develop as individuals and as a team alongside our clients, while cultivating a brand that our partners can trust.

Steve Patton

I have over 30 years’ experience in a range of sectors, including training others in sales, consumer finance, and software. My role is predominantly partner-focussed, as well as improving revenue and growth both for Performance Leads and the businesses we work with. The most rewarding part of my job is being able to assist our partners in achieving their goals, and doing so in such a modern and vibrant company.

I have several years’ experience in financial services lead generation, after working in sales management for the majority of my career. GDPR Basics

GDPR is a hot topic at the moment as it is set to revolutionise and homogenise data protection laws in the EU. The General Data Protection Regulations come into force on May 25 2018 and will replace the Data Protection Act in the UK. It is the biggest change in data protection legislation for over 25 years and is set to give individuals back control over their personal data.
